四个方面展开,指出我国建筑业要以装配式建筑为抓手,推动“工业化、自动化、信息化”三化融合,跨越式发展并为此提出了建议:要采用生产方式变革和组织方式变革两轮驱动,产业链、供应链、价值链三链融合,装配式与EPC、BIM、绿色建造、智慧建造、精益建造的五个结合的方式引领建筑的未来。

樊则森老师以装配式学校的设计与建造为例,对钢和混凝土组合结构建筑进行系统划分,这些系统均可以用数字建造平台进行清晰地描述Mr.Fan Zesen took the design and construction of prefabricated schools as an example to systematically divide buildings with steel and concrete composite structures, and these systems can be clearly described by digital construction platforms.。

▲ 装配式钢和混凝土组合结构系统(来源:中建科技)樊则森总建筑师展示的坪山实验学校二期、锦龙学校、竹坑学校三所学校中都运用了同样的标准化体系,因此三所学校的柱子、梁、板都可以互换同时又采用不同的标准化部品,例如外墙百叶,实现三所学校的差异性。

腾挪学校项目是由何川主持设计,由中建科技负责图纸深化与建造工作项目采用EPC设计建造一体化模式,极大缩短了建设周期,并在保证了工程质量的同时,有效控制了工程造价,从设计及建造到投入使用,仅用了3个月的时间。

构成该项目的轻钢箱体单元模块在拆卸后可用于异地建设,以满足可持续发展的需要The Tennor School project was designed by He Chuan and He Zhe,and China Construction Science & Technology Group is responsible for drawing deepening and construction work. The project adopts 

the EPC design and  construction integration model, which greatly shortens the construction period, and while ensuring the quality of the

project, it effectivelycontrols the project cost. It only took 3 months fromdesign and construction to commissioning. The light steel box unit modules that make up the project can be used for remote construction after disassembly to meet the needs of sustainable development.
