通  知  NOTICE按照国家政务服务平台建设要求，自2021年1月11日起，外国人来华工作服务系统须统一经由科技部政务服务平台登录，用户可使用原有账户和密码选择法人登陆，其它业务办理方式不变、According to the requirements of the national government affairs service platform, from 。

January 11th 2021, the Foreign Work Permit(FWP) system must be logged in through the government affairs service platform of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Users can 

select the “Legal Person” tab and use the original account and password to log in. Other ways of business processing remain unchanged.

Q  为何需要更新登录？Why update?A  为了纳入全国一体化政务服务平台统一管理，原外国人来华工作服务系统https://fwp.safea.gov.cn/迁移至国家科技部政务服务平台系统https://fuwu.most.gov.cn/

，由该系统入口统一登录The government change the entry of FWP system, the new entry will be https://fuwu.most.gov.cn/ 。

. Because of that, every company’s FWP account needs to be verify again. Q  实名认证需要准备哪些材料？Which documents and information are needed in advance？

A 需要以下材料，请提前准备：Following documents and information are needed in advance：1. 公司最新营业执照-清晰彩色扫描件加盖公章1. Company business license – color scan, up to date.。

2. 清晰彩色扫描件加盖公章，本人签字；其中，法定代表人是中国人的，需准备身份证正反面；法定代表人是外国人的，需准备护照首页2. Front and back of Legal representative’s ID card (for Chinese) or Passport (for foreigner) – color scan.。

3. 法定代表人的手机号，公司办公地址，电子邮箱地址3. Legal representative’s mobile number, office address, email address.4. 系统内公司经办人的身份证（是中国人）正反面或者护照首页（是外国人）-清晰彩色扫描件加盖公章，本人签字。

4. Office assistant’s ID card front and back (for Chinese) or Passport (for foreigner) – color scan.5. 系统内原公司经办人的手机号码。

02选择，用原来的外国人来华工作系统的用户名和密码登录Select ， use the old username and password to log in.如登陆出现问题，请首先尝试在原账户前加“WP”（WP+原账户)，其次再尝试选择，仍然无法登陆，请选择找回密码。

If you cant log in, please try to add "WP" before your account (WP+username), then select to log in. Still cant log in，try “forgot password”.

03进入后点击《外国人来华工作许可》会有提示说公司法人和代办人需要补全信息并且实名认证，根据提示信息去实名认证完成后，即可在上面的界面选择《外国人来华工作许可》登录到原系统了Choose , it will ask you to complete the company information and verify the account again. Please follow it and verify your account, after verification is done, you still can use the old username and password to log in the FWP system again.。
