这些单词你需要知道，不然走错地方可麻烦了：to do some shopping; to go shopping 买东西shopping centre 商业中心区department store 百货商店

下面，一起来看看简单的情景对话情景对话1：Shop Assistant: Can I help you, Sir?店员：先生，我能帮您吗？Customer: Yes. Can I have a look at that digital camera, please?

顾客：好的我能看看那台数码相机吗?Shop Assistant: Yes of course. This is a really good one actually.当然了这相机挺不错的Customer: How much does it cost?。

多少钱?Shop Assistant: This one is 1,500 yuan.这台是1500 元Customer: It looks pretty good. I think I ll take it.。

看上去蛮不错的，那我就买它了Shop Assistant: Would you like anything else?你还要买其它东西吗?Customer: That s all, thank you.。

不要了，谢谢你在国外商店里，我们常遇到服务员主动过来打招呼，问您需不需要帮助，像这样：Are you ok? 您还好吗？Would you like some help? 您需要帮助吗？Is there anything I can do for you? 。

我能帮您做什么吗？Is there anything you are looking for? 您需要找什么特别的东西吗？如果你只是想先看看，可以这么回答：I am fine, thank you. I am just looking. 

我没事儿，谢谢我先看看情景对话2：Customer: Where can I find a tooth brush?请问牙刷在哪里?Shop Assistant: Just over there.就在那边。

Customer: Thanks. I am looking for shampoo and conditioner as well.谢谢我还需要找洗发水和护发素Shop Assistant: They are just next to the tooth brushes stand.洗发水和护发素就摆在牙刷架子的旁边。

Customer: Thank you.谢谢。Shop Assistant: You welcome.不用谢。

当你有心仪的商品却被价格吓退时，要怎么bargain（讨价还价）才能让对方便宜点卖给你呢？这里有4种方法可以在讨价还价的时候用1. 开门见山法直截了当的表达讨价还价，可以这么说：Is there any discount?。

有折扣吗？How much discount do you give?你们可以给几折？Could you cut the price a little, please?你可以把价格降一点吗？Can you make it a little cheaper?

能便宜点吗？Give me a discount.给我打个折吧How about buying one and getting one free?买一赠一怎么样？Come on. Give me a break on this.。

别这样，就给我让点儿价吧！2.拐弯抹角法总结一句话：让他们知道你是想买的，是一个潜在长期客户，是值得沟通的Can you give me a little deal on this? 这能卖得便宜一点吗?。

Can you give me this for cheaper? 能便宜一点给我吗?Is there any discount on bulk purchases? 我多买些能打折吗?What s the lowest you re willing to go? 

最低你能出什么价?Come on, give me a break on this. 别这样，你就让点儿价吧Lower the price and I ll consider it.价钱低一点我才会考虑。

I like everything about it except the price.除了价格之外，我都很满意Will you give me a discount if I buy more than one?。

如果我多买些，可以给我打折吗？I’ll tell my friends about your shop. Can I get a special price?我会给朋友宣传你家店，可以给我个优惠价吗？If I pay the full price, can you give me something extra?

如果我付原价，可以给我小赠品吗？

3.不屈不挠法明确立场绝不被宰，可以这么说：Don t try to rip me off. I know what this is worth.别想宰我，我识货If you don t give me a better price, I won t buy this.。

如果价格不更优惠些，我是不会买的The price is beyond my budget, and I can t afford it if you don’t give me a special price.。

这价格超出了我的预算，如果你不给我优惠价我是不会买的4.威逼利诱法看店家没有降价的意思，就威胁要离开或者去别家买（相信很多人买东西都是用这招）：I ve seen this cheaper (in) other places.。

我在别家有看过更便宜的I heard other stores were having great mark-downs on this item.听说别家的这个东西在大减价I don’t think I’ll have any of them. I’ll check around a few more places.。

这些我都不想要了，我再去看看別的地方。I can get this cheaper at other places.这样东西我在别的地方可以买到更便宜的。

当你买完东西回家，才发现有瑕疵或者店员给你拿错了，要怎么退换货呢？退换货的英语表达I d like to return this.我想退货I bought the wrong size.我买错了尺码I found a stain here.

在这儿我发现了一个污点 It s broken here.这儿破了It doesn t work at all.它坏了It broke after I use it only a few times.我用了几次它就坏了。

I used it properly.我是按正确方法使用的 I think it s a substandard goods.我认为这是次品It can be refunded if there s something wrong with it.。

如果质量有问题，可以退款How long is the term of service?保修期是多长时间？Did you bring the receipt with you?您有没有带收据呢？Here is the receipt.。

这是收据May I have another brand instead?可以换另一种牌子吗？You can t return it,because it s 1-day past due.不能退了，因为已经过期1天。
